Bulimia Nervosa

Do you believe you have to “earn” your food?

Does sitting with fullness make you feel uncomfortable? Does it often lead to compensating through exercise or purging? Do you ever feel the need to hide or sneak food?

There is a way to break free from this all or nothing thinking.

We would love to support you in finding and flexibility balance with food, exercise and your body.

Does any of this resonate with you?

  • You have a tendency to hide or sneak food

  • Eating in public brings up a lot of discomfort

  • You have food rituals that may be associated with binge eating

  • You obsessively weigh yourself or measure parts of your body

  • You compulsively exercise even when you’re exhausted

  • You go on diets and/or count your calories

  • You shame yourself for your body

If you relate to some of these things, you may be struggling with bulimia.

You cannot tell if someone is struggling with their relationship with food or body image simply by looking at them.
